On Wednesdays from 3.00-3.30pm we are running a technical support drop-in session for anyone experiencing technical difficulties with online learning. This will start on Wednesday 3 February.

For safeguarding reasons, your camera must be switched off and these sessions will be recorded.

If a student needs to self-isolate for a period of time, we will support them while they are learning from home.

Tasks for each curriculum area will be set on Microsoft Teams using students’ school Office 365 log in.

If you do not know your username or password, contact our IT Helpdesk bct.helpdesk@educ.somerset.gov.uk with a telephone number and they will contact you with your Office 365 details.
